  • promote legislation and regulations favorable to the use of all-terrain vehicles in the state of Minnesota.
  • to develop a fraternal spirit among all-terrain vehicle clubs and associations.
  • to provide a medium for exchange of information regarding the use of all-terrain vehicles.
  • to develop a good relationship and to educate the general public and persons in official positions and within the all-terrain vehicle industry and sport as the advantages and desirability of safe all-terrain vehicle use as a wholesome outdoor activity and strong positive factor in the Minnesota economy.
